More summer.

A busy morning on the campsite which is at full capacity other than the Shepherds Lodge.
We managed to shampoo and rinse 3 of the dogs here with anti flea shampoo.
3 loads of laundry.
Tidied and moved the hen coupe.
I then popped out to find a suitable collar for Dippy, the one that he’s been using belongs to his grandmother when she was a puppy, she is still here but has outgrown it.
Cafe du park for flapjack cream and a pot of peppermint tea, again Dippy was centre of attention and he is certainly capable of being the star of the show.
Next we set off to Appledore for a swim. It was busy which was ideal as Dippy was well cared for whilst I swam around the boats at high tide.
A stroll along the quay resulted in bumping into people who knew several of my cycling buddies from nearly 50 years ago!
Numbers exchanged and waiting to see the reconnection.
Back to base camp and some tidying up before a steak stir fry and a stroll down the field to see the sun setting behind Appledore.
All in all a very sociable day.
