Lots of dog walking

Took Phin to Dalkeith this morning for a 5 mile romp through the woods. Poor dog was exhausted when we got back as he fell asleep almost immediately.

Mr PHL has finally hit organised to paint his shed. I’m not 100% sold on the colour but I’m sure it will tone down over the coming months. I’ll blip it when it’s finished.

The car needed an MOT this afternoon so whilst Mr PHL headed to the garage, Phin and I had a leisurely walk round the estate late afternoon when it had cooled down a lot.

An interesting talk at Rotary from the president of the Galashiels branch which covered his career in the NHS and his other (voluntary) job as official photographer for Rotary in the UK.

Remembered too late to check the theme for today so I give you a bad photo of a penny as my granny often used to say a bad penny always turns up. Thanks to isbi for setting such interesting themes this month.
