Speckled Wood in the woods.....

The 'heatwave' continues! So after posting some cards, I visited the local woods for a nice shaded walk!

Quite quiet for wildlife today but did spot speckled woods, gatekeepers, meadow browns, red admiral on the butterfly front - and also quite amusing to see a woman walking her dogs, alongside a little pony!
