Sailing away

A nice warm and sunny day so after lunch we headed over to Cley for a walk.  We parked up in the village and then walked out across the marsh to the beach.  A bit breezy and cooler by the sea but still very pleasant, and good to see plenty of people out on the beach.

As we were walking back I heard a plane going over fairly low, and looking up I realised it was one of those AWACS  'early warning' military planes that have a massive circular construction above the fuselage that looks like a giant circular picnic table.  Unfortunately, I only had my phone with me for photographs so couldn't get a shot.

Back in Cley we walked around the relatively new path by the marsh at the edge of the village, passing the windmill on the way.  It was looking good against the summer sky.
