Serving it cold...

...and deliciously fresh, I picked up a bottle of goat's milk as I past Francesca's dairy early this morning. She is a delightful Andalucian woman, Francisco the goatherd's mother.

Today was forecast to be exceedingly hot and it reached 40C by midday.  We have stayed cool indoors most of the day, but are now enjoying the patio and fresh breezes as it is has cooled to a more pleasant 33C. Gazpacho, chunky bread and cheese for a light dinner.
