Raising expectations.

Dough for a couple of Pizza bases continuing to prove in a very warm conservatory. It looks enormous but when it's knocked back and halved there will be enough for a 9 inch base. The extra shows the Pizza fresh out of the oven and ready to eat. Quite an easy Supper on a very hot day much of which I spent under a garden sunshade.
