Kvernes kirke

We hopped off the ferry for an ukflukt (excursion).

We visited Kvernes church, had some bacalau and drove over the Atlantic road bridge (as featured in James Bond's No time to Die)

Kvernes stavechurch is among the youngest, build 1300-1350. The church is of the “Møre-style”, a bit different from the churches found in the eastern part of Norway. We had a guided tour who shared facts about the interesting old interior.
