Clive, Florence and Hetty went to the West Woods at Manton and got lost! I guessed they were lost because they had been gone so long. (We've got lost there before.)

As I was home alone, I took the opportunity to get on with some gardening jobs,until it was far too hot, whilst keeping an eye on the Olympics.

I started a trio of paintings for the bathroom way back in early June but Florence's accident meant I shelved them for a few weeks. Well, I finished them today. They are inspired by the window blind.

Today is the 6th anniversary of the untimely death of Clive's brother in law. So he has been in our thoughts today along with his very sad widow and their 3 girls.
