I met Tracy in the pub on Sunday… I was in my cycling gear… she said she hadn’t ridden a bike in 9 years, but for many reasons wanted to get started again. So me being me said well let’s not talk about it, let’s do it, so today I took her out and she did her first 5k on a bike in 9 years.
