Three
It's been quite a busy day. Last night at about 20:30 an alarm went off, similar to a car alarm. We had no idea where it originated though Ann said it was me!
Forgetting that and going to bed at the normal time I was rudely awakened at 02:30 with the same alarm sound. I decided it was me, and in particular, my pacemaker. This was also confirmed when it went off for a third time as I was getting up, 6 hours between each alarm, each alarm lasting 10 seconds.
I tried unsuccessfully to reach the pacemaker section at Worcester Hospital by telephone until my heart failure nurse gave me a direct number not available to the public. That put me through to someone who could help. We went to the hospital and saw him.
Apparently the alarm that letsa you know the defibrillator isn't functioning had not been switched off, though he was surprised it was going off every six hours.
So all sorted and we drove to the Hadley Bowling Green Inn for a celebrity lunch, sea bass, very nice.
After our late lunch we went to Emma's to see her and Raffy. We spent a nice afternoon following a very stressful morning.
The theme for today's Wide Wednesday hosted by BobsBlips is Three. I noticed that some balloons were still inflated following Raff's birthday a week or so back. Luckily the number three was still there, plus three other themed balloons. Blip sorted!
