Sloop John B . . . Beach Boys

This morning Jen and I walked around Monaco and ended with a coffee at the Honest Lawyer.  The sun was shining on the snowy hills and us.  No wind and with the tide out the yachts look funny stuck in the mud.  Jen helped me understand my knitting pattern.. I thought I was losing my mind but she agreed it wasn't written in the usual way.  I have also learned ssk which I never had to do before.  The videos on Youtube are very good for seeing how to do new techniques.  She also suggested I block the pieces before I stitch it together.  Do any of you do that?
