Do I look silly?

Not the best nights sleep due to the heat. Charlotte woke three times. She was awake from around six so after more than enough Charlie and Lola we headed down stairs for breakfast whilst daddy had a snooze.

Breakfasted I put her back to bed, but she was wide awake within the hour which wasn't in my plan! Took daddy shooting and then headed to the retail park to take back some trousers. Filled up with fuel, got a blue slush puppie and then went back to collect daddy.

Whilst waiting for daddy Charlotte devoured some cocktail sausages, as she was asleep and I mean fast asleep when we got home we put her to bed in the hope of a long afternoon sleep. Nope! Wide awake after an hour.

Nanny and grandad came over this pm. Charlotte was very wary of them at the start, but as usual, warmed up after a while. Tea time was a bit of nightmare as she was really showing off to her audience, took her indoors and she ate somewhat better.

Trying by convince her to go to bed now, it's not going well.
Long week ahead. Two late nights when I won't be home to put her to bed, not looking forward to that at all. Then off to the Lion King on Saturday, not looking forward to a day away from my little munchie, but am looking forward to seeing the Lion King.
