Bao Bun

Spent the day working with lots of long meetings to deal with. Then we went to the DLC for a gym and swim session. I still can’t run because of the residue of my gout flare up, but I did a stint on the exercise bike.
We got back later than we wanted to and were worried that Bao Bun would be fretting but he seemed fine. We will take him outside tomorrow if it’s not too hot.
