I was going to post a b&w version of this for MonoMonday but, having been laid low by a bug on Sunday evening which left me feeling achy all over and totally lacking in energy, I never got round to posting it so here’s the original colour version.

Other than walking to the back garden to take this late afternoon, I watched a lot of the Olympics.

Even had to miss the annual Keep Fat summer do.
