Wet Kia

I was woken up by very heavy rain during the night but mostly today it has been very hot and dry again. I say mostly as we are now at the tail end of a short thunderstorm. Well it is August now.

I'm feeling quite pleased with myself as I managed to cut back the creeper at the front of the house this morning, something that has been overdue for a while now. I've also managed to find an electrician to relocate the water feature in the back garden. And I've done two on line shops, Ocado for the weekend and some bird food to collect tomorrow. Mrsfb has a funeral to go to and we are giving a lift to her friend who lives near the Range where we can now get the Wilko food that the birds like.

I also had to phone the dentist as our 12 month check ups have been cancelled. We had to sign up to a private plan but apparently we have to have been paying for 3 months before we are allowed to see the dentist. Also she only now works one day a week. I wouldn't be surprised if she gets the same rewards working one day privately as she got full time with the NHS.

Just need to catch up with blip now and my day will be complete.
