Excalibur?

We went cycling with Life Cycles Over
55 group today and did a 55 mile trip coincidentally!!

Sorry got waylaid there.

We visited Cheddar Gorge and I took the attached picture but noticed the sword in the stone and thought ‘ Excalibur’ and associated it with King Arthur !

So I googled it and that’s all it told me. No reason for it being or put there! Am I missing something?

It was a great ride on a great day with great Lifecycle leader and anchor!
