Back to square one

poor old tree it was coming on so well and was covered in new leaves and small branches, lets hope it gets a few more before summer is over.

Today started very wet, then out came the sun and it's been another hot one.

I had an appointment with the podiatrist today. Do you ever get the feeling  people don't listen to you, I told her how painful the toe separator was as it was pressing on the soft corn and causing two other toes to rub together, and it was better since I stopped wearing it, so she she trimmed the soft corn and then made me 2 more toe separators which are just as painful, plus stuck a foam tube over my toe, gave me a book advertising wide fitting shoes (at exorbitant prices I might add) and a leaflet on how to find a private podiatrist (I think she was trying to tell me something). She said my toe was deformed and she could refer me to a specialist, when I asked what they could do she said break my toe and reset it. She said she would ring me in a couple of months to see how it was doing and if I wanted her to refer me.  I won't hold my breath.

Thats my exciting day, and its hot again tonight.
