Pizza sauce

Today hubby and I made pizza sauce. We did not use all the tomatoes we picked but made a good dent in them. We ended up with 8 pints and 9 half pints canned and 2 pints frozen since they would not fit in the canner. The two batches were made from the exact recipe but taste much different. I kept the two varieties of tomatoes separate and added some hot pepper flakes to the second batch. Both are very tasty so we are pleased with the days work. The clean up took as long as the rest of the job! I'm really tired so I may not get to do much else on blip this evening. Hope your evening will be pleasant...
