Salvationers

After loading up the van with as much stuff as we could muster it was off over to Glasgow to drop it all off at my youngest girl's flat. And then go off to buy more furniture and load up the van once again - here she is along with her friend and flatmate on Dumbarton Road. There then followed an excursion to pick up a bed from a flat in Hyndland that nearly broke me - the bed being being too big to get out the flat! Too big to get in the van! Much dismantling required! That blazing sun coming out at just the wrong time didn't help either. Oh boy.

But....when all that was done and dusted we picked up some bits and bobs for an indoor picnic and had a very-nice-indeed time with my girl and her pal back at their place. They've got plenty of ideas how they want their flat to look -  they're both art students, creativity is not an issue here - who knows what they'll have done with it by the next time I get to visit? They seem to have a very lovely friendship, a real sweet pair, good luck to them both.
