Frost and Friendship…..

What is true friendship? It is getting up on the frostiest morning of the year, dressing snugly then meeting up with friends and their dogs for a brisk walk….and talk.
Another special part of friendship is grieving with a friend who has lost his partner of 55 years. My friend Ted’s lovely wife, Ellen passed away last Monday after a long illness. I attended their family gathering and farewell for Ellen this morning. A very special time of love and memories.. RIP Ellen. Arohanui Kia kaha.
