215/366 2nd Aug George Biles Exhibition ! At locations all around town and lasting most of August are exhibitions of the work of renowned local sign writer George Biles (1st July 1900-7th December 1987) including a recreation of his workshop. George was responsible for many years for nearly all the Pub Signs in the local area and also among other things backdrops for stage shows.
