Crassula sarcocaulis or bonsai crassula.

I have this bonsai looking succulent plant in a Belfast sink and it always produces 1000's of tiny flowers each year.

Each flower head is no more than 2mm wide which means even if you're looking at this on your mobile it's far bigger than it really is.
