I had a walk with my neighbour Ruth and her lovely King Charles Spaniel, Dylan this morning.  We got a great view across the valley as we walked up from Cademuir.  After our walk, Mark, Mary and I went to the Skills Share Group.  This week the group made frisbees and of course had fun trying them out - you can see the beautifully decorated frisbees in extras
