Inauspicious

Got finished early and suggested to George that we should both get haircuts.

He went along with the plan, but thought we’d get there too late.

I told him not to be so pessimistic, but it turned out he was right. Damn, I hate it when that happens.

Maybe I should’ve taken more notice of the ominous sky.
