The Edinburgh Tattoo....

A day of cattle work.
Weaned calves hauled out to fields,next lot of cows and calves rodeod in to start the process all over again.
An early finish tonight to meet the family in town for a quick tea then on to the first night of the Tattoo at Edinburgh Castle. They were even giving away drinks for free as seemingly they got the date wrong on the bar licence. Unfortunately I was unable to partake as was driving,and filling my pockets for later could be frowned upon ...
. Enjoyed the pipers,and the drum core,not so sure about some of the dancing. Also enjoyed watching all the press photographers milling among the performers and nearly getting marched over a few times. Only other excitement was trying to get home without the car going on fire as a brake caliper decided to jam on and the wheel was red hot.
