Cown Edge

I decided to ignore feeling well below par and have a walk after doing the shopping that was needed.

Lovely to see many Swallows flying the edge plus a few Swifts and 3 Kestrels.

The resident Little Owl was being pestered by Jackdaws and Magpies.

Out  for over an hour I only met 3 people one being the farmer.

Watching Olympics now it’s athletics but have to admit I still feel very poorly ‘just’ hayfever I think
