Anyone for Ice Cream?

The day started with a wander down to Pilates. Lucy my physio was standing in for Peter. Always a good session. Home for a welcome coffee.

Matthew popped in after taking his and his in laws dog for a walk on the beach. Good to catch up with him and have two dogs to visit too.

I then had a short cycle to Thornton Dale and back to see how the knee is coming on. Liked this cycling ice cream seller for today’s photo.
