Phriday Emergency Blip

No pic snapped today because work, but in anticipation of this I took a pic of a Phonebox on holz as an ideal Philler.

This lovely KX100* still phankfully phunctions as a payphone in beautiful Buttermere, and this is a good thing as the mobile coverage oop' there in the 'Lakes was found to be less than ideal by bestie & I during our stay...

...well I say 'less than ideal' but if your holiday checklist includes 'getting away from it all' then Yep.

Top right is the view from the waters edge, the north bank of Buttermere being a fantastic shingle beach with a view south of the awesome Honister Pass that we rode up afterwards.

Bottom right is your intrepid adventurers sneaking a selfie in Biscuits make-up mirror ;-D
