Back on the cliff path

First thing we were into Kirkwall as we both had appointments at the hospital. I remember someone, many years ago, saying that the only reminders they had on their calendar were for medical appointments! Ye gods - at least it's not that bad yet! 
Hip X rays for me and audiology clinic for Mike. Nothing nasty. A few more messages in the town but it was slow going down the street as there were 3,975 passengers off the MSC Preziosa cruise liner also in the town! (The population of Kirkwall is 10,000)

It had been very muggy and close in the morning but the wind was picking up so Lottie and I had a brisk walk round the cliff paths and managed to get home before the rain started. Curiously, it always manages to do this just when I've given the pots a good watering!
