The fountain of Neptune

Just round the corner from our lovely old hotel in the centre of Florence.

Felt like a long journey today; early flight from Jersey, train to London City airport then another flight. But bestie Jac and I are here, and it’s HOT!

Both tired so didn’t go far tonight, sat outside a nearby restaurant and ate salad and chips (we’re not quite in Italian mode yet!). Looking forward to fresh energy in the morning!
