Au Revoir Paris

Last day of my Parisian trip today, heading back to the UK with the Eurostar. This is Gare du Nord in Paris the main station which servers the north of the country.
It's funny how all stations can look very similar, OK there are some exceptions like New York's Grand Central Station or St Pancras in London.
They are always just a little bit shabby with a load of people hanging around asking for money or unlicensed taxi drivers offering rides. Or is that just me being cynical? I should look at the people returning home or others excitedly arriving for their first trip to Paris which is a great city.
