Kettle Bells

Following on from yesterday’s photo, Friday is my second “Tabata” day of the week… these are super short but super intense workouts designed by Dr Izumi Tabata in the 90’s for max aerobic gains… thought it appropriate seeing as he originally developed these workouts for his olympic athletes! I’ve found they do really help me race so I keep doing them! Today’s routine is my once-weekly kettle bell routine.

It’s been a long week of product creation, but today I managed to finish and publish all the parts of my “offer”… no small task so I’m celebrating that tonight! Tomorrow I have to create my “upsell” which is mainly videos and workbooks… and then it will be time to launch this thing and see what happens!
