(combo electrician and internet provider tech here at same time - now tv works, and nternet is great and none of the problems were me ---which people like me always presume - bad cables, defunct gizmo for tv that makes channels come in, and defunct router wifi combo - am sure i have all the wrong words ----the remote is i think clear - really a cello is way my speed and brain wiring, too bad i did not begin playing age age 5 instead of that plus 60!)
