Ruby, Ruby, Ruby, Ruby

Been down to the allotment for a mixture of vegetables for tea. Much as I love the look of this ruby chard, I am struggling to find a way of cooking it that will entice Mr BS to eat it. So my solution is to get him to cook it. Ha!
