White faced heron

This might be the same heron I blipped several weeks ago. If so it has migrated to a different pond in Sydney Park. I love how it's done a perfect job of camouflaging its feet, while the rest of it sticks right out.

The park was popular today with groups of picnickers and others. Some were wearing skimpy tops and other forms of summer clothes. I didn't go that far but it was very nice being under clear blue skies with no wind.
