A lovely morning

I went with my neighbour opposite and her two boys, 3 and 1. We talked about going to the playground but then she thought of Lords Wood - just a couple of miles south of Bristol - which I’d heard of but not visited. It’s magical with gorgeous trees, a river and a lake. And sunshine today. And such fun playing with a 3 year old.
Back home, busy doing ordinary things. Very distressed that the far right intend to riot in Bristol on Saturday night. How dare they. The nearest shop to where they plan to be is Waterstones. I don’t know if they can board up all those plate glass windows:(
Part of me wants to go down there and tell them what I think of them. But I’d probably better not.
