A tasty bite

It was rather wet today, the wettest day we have had for a while. I thought the shiny wet top of this fungus made an interesting pattern and it looks like something has enjoyed a bit of a meal from it. 
Talking of meals, we had a delicious one at our favourite local restaurant, Ar Bord (Gaelic for ‘Our Table’) with four friends. It was a most enjoyable evening of great food and great company.
