7-weeks to go!

Following that '5K Hop Run', back in early June, I do still have one more organised-race to complete this year: the "Edinburgh Men's 10K", which takes place in late-September ... now a mere 7-weeks away!

So; I was out running, a bit earlier this morning, for what will need to be a fairly regular 6K-circuit over the coming couple of months - and pleased to report that, thankfully, my ever-trusty 'New Balance 870s' are still going strong  ;-)
