Hencote wine tasting…

well that was a fantastic experience and great fun…also great physical exercise walking up and down steel hill…in between my kids….
i learned so much about growing wine, ( roses are planted at the beginning of some vine rows to see it they prosper…..if they do…the vines will….) and tasting the different ones….even pouring it….(see extra) we tasted 6 wines, 2 whites, 2 sparkling, a rosé and a red….and had to mark them……

we all said we’d love to come to see the vineyard lit with thousands of candles when frost is predicted….
James and Elv are going to volunteer to pick grapes in a few months….
James was to young to taste the wine, so tasted juice…. 


we all had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the time, each other …and the lunch together….which we enjoyed with a bottle of LXX, a champage like wine…
I also learned a bit more about ai….(see extra…:)) as James has rayban smart specs….bought with his first earned money….
