Restful Saturday

A very brief Blip tonight…

I have had a much needed restful Saturday. A short walk to the supermarket early this evening, got caught in a torrential downpour but was well wrapped up against the unpredictable elements and feeling grateful for another lower chronic pain day.

My fatigue has been higher but I have had a gentle day. Duolingo, sorting through photos on Instagram and catching up with friends via text etc.

I received today’s Blip photo via email this morning, an acknowledgment of the £155 I raised for breast cancer research throughout my July paced walking challenge. 

Thanks again to everyone on Blip who supported me, your support and encouragement means a lot to me.

This evening, I have been watching documentaries in bed, bliss.
