lazing on a sunny afternoon...

We visited Upton House (NT) to celebrate our friend T's birthday. Her husband has a remarkable ability to fall asleep anywhere, any time - today on the parapet by the lake, a risky choice of sleeping place.
The garden is an amazing piece of engineering on a steep slope. The cream teas are good too!
