Relaxing

Early start to get to Stockbridge to see a new physio to get my shoulder looked at. J came down with the dogs so they could have a walk back home for their morning walk. Physio was very good, but it hurt. My shoulder ball is slightly out of its socket and he thinks its been coming for a while, thinking about what he said I think the last 9 months of working on this new project, mainly sitting at my desk and using a mouse which I have too far forward has caused the issue. Few exercises to do each day going forward. Managed to get a few problems resolved on this project and we might be on the final stretch, which is good as I wanted it finished by yesterday. Went to over to see the mistress of pain after work and it was a hard session with lots of new exercises to do there. J came up with the dogs and we walked back through St Andrews square, the festival and the Lego shop to see the new sets that were released today.
