A washout

Up early to get an early morning flight to the painted hills but the rain cancelled everything. All roads in and out of William Creek are closed.
We spent the morning in the flight office which was unused but warm learning some processing skills.
There are loads of galahs around so when it dried up what else would we do. I also found a lovely welcome swallow.
Let’s hope it dries up so we can get to Lake Eyre tomorrow
