When I grow up I'm going to be....
...squished into wine! Or in this case, probably just eaten.
I had a good jumping lesson this morning; I think I'll ache tomorrow. We managed some great stride counts and some good bouncing and even managed to get over rather than through (or round) everything without too much drama. You gotta love a cob who loves jumping but doesn't always know where his big hairy feet are (and I do love riding him).
Himself did his half marathon, apparently it was nearer 14 miles than 13 miles and he (and others) did have to stop and look at the map once or twice but he seemed to enjoy it. While he was finishing that off I collected my paint, wallpaper and paste so I can finish the prep work for the bedroom and bathroom. Hopefully I'll get that done tomorrow and then I can paint later in the week.
I should have gone to the allotment to pick the last of the redcurrents but I'll need to do that tomorrow now. I have some baby cavelo nero to plant out too as we seem to have eaten all the summer plantings.
