Craft fairs and crabs
Rather a dull day today, with a chilly wind, which was a pity as we'd hoped to go out somewhere. In the meantime I got on with my photos - having deleted the unwanted ones and doctored the rest I'm now going through them again to add titles. When I've done that I'll write up my routes through London and add any particular places, buildings, bridges, parks etc to my folder of descriptions. It may sound weird, but I love doing it, and find out a lot of interesting history in the process.
After lunch we decided to pop down to the Corran Halls where there was another craft fair. There's always lots of interesting things, but if we bought them what we do with them! We ended up buying some cake!
On the way back we called in at the pier as Mrs M wanted to look for something in the 'Food from Argyll at the Pier', but unfortunately it was closed. My Blip today is of the hungry queue of folk waiting to be served at the Oban Seafood Hut - I'd rather them than me!
Back home to continue with my photographs - before long it was raining and has continued to rain!
Quote of the Day: 'I'm on a seafood diet - I see food, I eat it.' - Dolly Parton. (And many others!)
