Pure Nostalgia

Today the Historic Commercial Vehicle Society held their Annual Trans-Pennine Run from Birch Services on the M62 to  Tockwith Airfield, Wetherby.
The Society is the largest organisation for historic van, lorries, buses, military and steam vehicles in the UK and their route runs through the Calder Valley and Hebden Bridge.
My Blip is a Rochdale Corporation 1959 AEC Regent V 5 - a once familar sight in the Todmorden area.
Today was also Day 2 of the Hebden Bridge Vintage Week-end. I chose not to go onto Calder Holmes Park to see the static vehicles, but to watch many of them approaching the event, interspaced between the commercial vehicles.
My extra is a rather smart looking 1948 Rover 75.
Pure nostalgia :-)
