Citadel

This is found in Carlisle.  Something different to Lakeland views.  It is an imposing building and it has a 'twin' to the left of it.  It is at the start of redevelopment of the area.  The West Coast main railway line is close by (for my foreign friends, this isn't the railway line that runs along the Cumbrian coast) and Carlisle station is undergoing redevelopment too.  Close by streets are becoming more pedestrian friendly with more seating and landscaping; a street opening soon.  The University of Cumbria is proposing to utilise empty buildings close to the citadel
