The gardens are happy for the rainy morning. It stopped midday but a thunderstorm might move through later this afternoon. Our new gutters are doing their job superbly! • And did I mention how humid it is?!? • As soon as I stepped outside I noticed this white admiral butterfly fluttering about. It disappeared into the trees, then reappeared in the backyard. I started following it when it headed to the front of the house but then lost sight of it. After examining the tomato plants for horned worms (none found) the butterfly again caught my attention. This time it headed towards the butterfly bed :) • The US Women’s bball team beat Germany this morning; now I’m watching the gold medal doubles badminton match between China and Taipei.
