It's not the same without cream

Sometimes you just need a bowl of strawberries. I still have some left over for munching tomorrow.

The good news is that after yesterday's cable wrangling, all the computery stuff works agaiin and is tidier than before. It was kind of a priority for going back to work. I also made a quick trip to Screwfix for a couple of more modern plug sockets, as it seems I never got around to upgrading the ancient (no switches!) ones in the bedroom when I did the rest of the house.

I now ought to get rid of the old wardrobe that I think Dad built about 50 years ago as one of a set of three. It's not very much to look at, mostly conti-board, and is a bit wobbly now, but to be fair it's been perfectly wardrobish all this time. Thing is, my brother gave me a hand-me-down that matches my pine furniture better. It will probably take another week to get everything moved around and reorganised though.
