Surprise flower

A visit to the Edinburgh Botanic Garden today. I happened to notice this small bright red flower in the middle of a large green bush. I think it is Tropeolum speciosum, a climber with the habit of growing where it wants to grow and not where the gardener wants - I have tried and failed.
